Filter Project 13' (4 Meter) Automatic Dry Dust Collector Booth System

The Filter Project 13' (4 Meter) Automatic Self-Cleaning Dry Dust Collector Booth is a heavy-duty stainless steel dust collection system engineered to remove up to 99.99% of airborne dust particles generated during fabrication of granite, marble, engineered stone, quartz, quartzite, ceramic, porcelain, fiberglass, concrete, and other materials.

Designed to help shops meet OSHA silica dust requirements, this dry dust collection booth creates a powerful horizontal and downward airflow that immediately pulls dust away from the operator’s breathing zone. Air is drawn from below knee level, creating a controlled downward air curtain that removes dust at the source before it reaches the fabricator’s face.

How It Works

Powerful internal motors create strong horizontal suction across the work area. Dust is pulled into the booth, directed downward, and captured inside specially designed high-efficiency cloth filter sleeves. Clean, filtered air is then expelled from the top of the unit.

Captured dust settles into removable collection drawers at the base of the booth for easy disposal. Depending on usage, drawers can be emptied daily or weekly.

Automatic Self-Cleaning System

This unit features a fully automatic compressed-air self-cleaning system. A pressurized air tank and membrane electrovalves pulse air through internal blowing tubes to clean the filter sleeves.

Filter Sleeve Maintenance

• Comes with complete set of filter sleeves pre-installed
• After 6–12 months: remove, blow out, wash with water, dry, and reinstall
• Replace sleeves when noticeable vacuum loss occurs
• Easy removal via clamp system
