Head Motion

Head travel runs on stainless steel guides and wheels, with adjustable mechanical limit switches for controlled motion. Spindle movement along the Y and Z axes is adjusted manually with micrometric precision using hand wheels.

Edge Profiling & Polishing

Designed for shaping and polishing straight and contoured edges using shaped wheels or CNC tools.
