The Filter Project Automatic Self-Cleaning Dry Dust Collector Booth System is a heavy-duty stainless steel dust collection solution engineered to remove up to 99.90% of airborne dust particles generated during the fabrication of granite, marble, engineered stone, quartz, quartzite, porcelain, ceramic, fiberglass, concrete, and other materials.
Designed to help fabrication shops meet OSHA silica dust regulations, this dry dust collection booth creates a powerful horizontal and downward airflow pattern that captures dust at the source before it reaches the operator's breathing zone. By pulling air from below knee level, the system creates a controlled downward air curtain that helps improve workplace safety and air quality.
How the Dry Dust Collection System Works
Powerful internal motors generate strong horizontal suction across the work area. Airborne dust is pulled directly into the booth, where it is directed downward and captured by high-efficiency cloth filter sleeves.
Clean, filtered air is then discharged from the top of the unit while collected dust falls into removable collection drawers located at the base of the booth. Depending on production volume, the drawers can be emptied daily or weekly for simple maintenance.
Automatic Self-Cleaning System
Each booth is equipped with a fully automatic compressed-air filter cleaning system designed to maintain peak performance and extend filter life.

Filter Sleeve Maintenance
Each unit includes a complete set of filter sleeves pre-installed and ready for operation.
- Filter sleeves typically require cleaning every 6–12 months depending on usage
- Remove sleeves, blow out with compressed air, wash with water, dry completely, and reinstall
- Replace sleeves when noticeable airflow reduction occurs
- Quick-release clamp system allows easy filter removal and installation
