The Filter Project 10 Ft (actual dimension 9'8") Automatic Self-Cleaning Dry Granite Dust Collector is engineered to capture up to 99.99% of airborne dust generated from granite, marble, engineered stone, quartz, quartzite, fiberglass, ceramic, porcelain, concrete, and other fabrication materials.

Constructed entirely of heavy-duty stainless steel, this 3-meter dry dust collection booth is built for demanding stone fabrication environments and designed to support OSHA silica dust compliance requirements.

Advanced Airflow Design

Filter Project Automatic Dry Dust Collectors pull air from the bottom of the unit, creating a powerful downward airflow from below knee level. This design immediately pulls dust away from the operator’s breathing zone, significantly reducing airborne exposure.

Dust is vacuumed horizontally from the workbench and drawn downward into the unit—removing particles before they reach the fabricator’s face.

Simple Operation

Operation is extremely simple: press the start button and begin working. The system automatically captures airborne dust without additional adjustments.

How It Works

Inside the booth are specially designed cloth filter sleeves. When activated, powerful motors generate strong horizontal suction that pulls dust into the unit. The dust is then directed downward into the internal filtration chamber.

The filter sleeves trap up to 99.99% of dust particles. Clean, filtered air exits from the top of the unit, while collected dust settles into the bottom catch basin drawer for easy disposal.

Automatic Self-Cleaning System

The system features compressed-air self-cleaning technology. A pressurized tank and membrane electrovalves activate blowing tubes located inside each filter sleeve. Once the unit is powered off, it automatically runs a cleaning cycle that dislodges dust from the sleeves and deposits it into the collection drawers.

Maintenance & Sleeve Replacement

Each unit comes with a complete set of dust filter sleeves pre-installed.

• Remove and clean sleeves every 6–12 months
• Blow out and wash with water, then allow to fully dry before reinstalling
• Replace sleeves when vacuum performance decreases
• Easy removal: loosen clamp and slide sleeves off
