Lamellar Water Clarification & Recycling Systems
Compact, high-efficiency stone water clarification and recycling systems designed to process wastewater generated by stone fabrication shops. Available in two processing capacities — 66 GPM and 105 GPM — the Lamellar line provides reliable water treatment for both indoor and outdoor installations.
Engineered for durability and performance, Lamellar systems use flocculant-assisted clarification to efficiently separate suspended solids from process water. This makes them an ideal solution for granite, marble, quartz, quartzite, and engineered stone fabrication operations looking to improve water recovery and reduce wastewater handling.
Lamellar 250 — 66 GPM
Model TEC754
The Lamellar 250 is a compact clarification plant designed for smaller fabrication shops or operations running one to two machines. It combines efficient solids separation with a compact footprint, making it a practical solution for shops looking to recycle process water and improve wastewater management.
-
Clarifier Volume: 1,320 Gallons
-
Processing Rate: 66 GPM
-
Safety Valve: DN100
-
Total Bag Capacity: 35 Cubic Feet
Lamellar 400 — 105 GPM
Model TEC756
The Lamellar 400 provides increased processing capacity for larger fabrication shops or operations running multiple saws, CNCs, and polishers simultaneously. It features the same construction standards and component design as the Lamellar 250, scaled to accommodate a larger clarifier volume and higher wastewater flow.
-
Clarifier Volume: 1,849 Gallons
-
Processing Rate: 105 GPM
-
Safety Valve: DN100
-
Total Bag Capacity: 35 Cubic Feet

How the Lamellar System Works
Wastewater generated during stone fabrication is collected and directed into the Lamellar clarification system. Flocculant is introduced to promote the aggregation of fine suspended solids, allowing them to settle more efficiently within the clarifier.
As solids separate from the water, clarified water is recovered for reuse within the fabrication process, while concentrated sludge is directed to the filtering bags for collection and disposal.
This process helps fabrication shops recover process water, manage stone sludge more efficiently, and reduce the amount of wastewater requiring disposal.
Which Lamellar Is Right for Your Shop?
