Proseal Premium Stone Sealer

Tenax Proseal is an ultra-premium impregnating stone sealer designed for a wide variety of natural and engineered stone surfaces. Compatible materials include:

Granite, Marble, Quartzite, Engineered Stone, Limestone, Onyx, Concrete, Sandstone, Slate, Terrazzo, Travertine, Quartz.

Proseal penetrates and protects stone, including high-porosity materials, from oil and water-based stains while maintaining the stone’s natural color and breathability. It works on polished, honed, brushed, and matte finishes and is suitable for indoor and outdoor use.

Protection Against Stains

Proseal protects stone from common kitchen liquids such as coffee, wine, oil, peanut butter, mustard, ketchup, and soda. It also works effectively on grout, causing liquids to bead up like a waxed surface.

Indoor & Outdoor Applications

Ideal for stone exposed to wet conditions, including:

Showers, Patios, Outdoor bars, Pool copings, Pavers.

The sealer does not leave a surface film and allows the stone to breathe. When applied correctly, protection can last up to 4–5 years on areas not under heavy wear.

Instructions

1. Test the sealer on an inconspicuous area before first use.
2. Clean the stone surface thoroughly using an approved stone cleaner and dry completely.
3. Apply Proseal evenly using a brush, sponge, cloth, or spray gun until the surface no longer absorbs the product.
4. Buff with a clean cloth 4–5 minutes after application to remove excess and avoid glossy or sticky films.
5. Repeat the application after 10–15 minutes.
6. Allow 24 hours for the surface to dry and achieve full protection. Do not walk on treated floors during this time.

One liter of Proseal treats approximately 215–323 sq. ft., depending on the porosity of the stone. Suggested application temperature is 50°–95°F, ideal at 68°–77°F.

Shelf Life

This product will last at least 1 year if stored between 65°–77°F, away from heat, humidity, and sunlight.

Warnings

Proseal does not provide anti-etch protection on marble. Acidic substances such as wine, tomato, citrus, and coffee will etch the stone. For etching issues, use TeEtch Etch Remover.
