RTV Silicone Sealant

RTV Silicone Sealant is a premium 100% silicone adhesive and sealant engineered to cure at room temperature into a durable, waterproof, and airtight seal. Designed for interior and exterior applications, it provides long-lasting performance in high-moisture and demanding environments.

This mildew-resistant, non-yellowing formula offers excellent adhesion to a wide range of materials including metal, steel, tile, fiberglass, glass, aluminum, painted surfaces, wood, plywood, marble, and other common construction substrates. Ideal for kitchens, baths, countertops, and general sealing applications where flexibility and weather resistance are critical.

Application Instructions

• Remove dirt, grease, and moisture from surfaces. Allow to dry thoroughly.
• Cut nozzle at an angle to desired bead size.
• Apply by pushing sealant ahead for a uniform bead.
• Limit section thickness to 1/4" (6mm) or less.
• Tool immediately before skin formation.

Curing Information

• Skin time: approximately 10 minutes
• Tack free: approximately 17 minutes
• Full cure: approximately 24 hours (varies by thickness, temperature, and humidity)

Shelf Life & Storage

• Shelf life: 24 months
• Store in a dry area below 27°C (80°F)
