How the Water Wall System Works

The water dust collection booth operates using a circulating waterfall system combined with powerful suction motors. Water is filled into the unit and continuously pumped from the bottom reservoir to the top of the booth, creating a flowing wall of water that cascades down into the collection tray.

When the system is turned on, powerful motors create strong horizontal suction that pulls airborne dust particles away from the work area and directly into the water wall. The flowing water captures the dust and carries it into the catch basin at the bottom of the unit.

Over time, the collected dust forms a sludge in the basin that can be easily removed. Simply empty the catch basin every few weeks to maintain optimal performance.

Simple Operation

Operating the Water Wall Dust Collector is extremely simple. Turn the system on and work in front of the booth while grinding or shaping stone. The horizontal suction draws dust away from the operator and into the water wall, helping prevent inhalation of harmful particles.

Extension Enclosures

The Filter Project Water Dust Collection Booth includes a 3 ft (1 meter) extension enclosure that improves dust containment and increases vacuum efficiency. Optional 6 ft (2 meter) extension enclosures are available to expand the working area and provide additional dust control coverage.
