Weha Donkey 3-Step Inline Polishing Pads

Weha 3-Step Inline Polishing Pads and Donkey Inline Pads are engineered for horizontal and vertical automatic edge polishing machines. Available in multiple diameters and full grit sequences, these hook & loop backed pads are designed to deliver fast, consistent, high-gloss finishes across a wide range of stone and ultra-compact materials.

Compatible with leading edge polishing equipment including Comandulli, Montresor, Sasso Flying Flat, Park Industries FastBack, GMM Tower, Marmo 711, and similar horizontal and vertical polishing machines.

Designed for Automated Edge Machines

The Weha inline polishing system is designed to run on machines equipped with 5–9 heads. The 3-Step system dramatically reduces polishing time while maintaining premium gloss levels. When combined with Donkey finishing pads, the system can be adjusted to match factory finishes across virtually all materials.

3-Step System Overview

• Step 1, 2, and 3 are used in sequence
• Step 0 (optional) is only used for heavy stock removal or extremely rough edges
• Hook & Loop backing allows fast pad replacement without removing snail lock holders

Extensive research and development testing was performed on both 5-head vertical machines and up to 8-head horizontal machines to ensure consistent performance across different equipment setups.

Donkey Finishing Pads

Donkey pads are designed to enhance gloss and refine the final finish. Different grit combinations allow you to adjust the level of shine and texture depending on the stone type.

• Typical Quartz Sequence: 1, 2, 3 + Donkey 1000, 2000
• Higher Gloss Finish: 1, 2, 3 + Donkey 2000, 3000
• Added Texture: 1, 2, 3 + Donkey 600, 1000
• Very Dense or Difficult Granite: Add Donkey 3000 on 6+ head machines

• Recommended Feed Rate: 120–250 cm (48"–100"+) per minute depending on machine and stone color
