Weha Safety T Bar
The Weha Galvanized Safety T Bar is designed to add an essential layer of fall protection to slabs stored on A-frames and slab racks. Built for both indoor and outdoor use, this adjustable safety system helps prevent slabs from tipping backward, reducing the risk of breakage, property damage, and serious injury.
By using a leverage-based support system, the Safety T Bar works with the weight of the entire A-frame or rack to create resistance against accidental slab movement. Whether in showrooms, fabrication shops, outdoor storage yards, or during slab selection and forklift handling, the Weha Safety T Bar adds critical multi-layer safety protection.
How It Works
- Connect the required number of base sections using the included hardware.
- Slide the base assembly under the existing A-frame or slab rack.
- Insert the adjustable T Bar upright into the base.
- Slide the upright against the base of the slab.
- Adjust height to at least 3/4 of the slab height and lock into position using the spring-loaded pin system.
- Repeat on the opposite side for complete protection.
Modular Base System
- 4 base sections included
- 2 sections ideal for standard 60" A-frames
- 4 sections ideal for full 10' slab storage racks
- Expandable for custom storage lengths

Why Hot-Dip Galvanized Steel?
- Maintenance-Free Protection: No repainting or ongoing corrosion maintenance required
- Superior Bond Strength: ~3600 psi vs ~400 psi for paint
- Abrasion Resistant: Withstands shop and yard environments
- Full Coverage Protection: Protects edges, corners, recesses, and hollow sections
- Cathodic (Sacrificial) Protection: Zinc protects exposed steel even if surface damage occurs
- Long Service Life: 50–100+ years depending on environment
- Environmentally Sustainable: Zinc and steel are recyclable materials
Typical Galvanized Service Life (to 5% Rust)
Rural: 100+ years, Urban: 90 years, Industrial: 70 years, Marine: 50 years.
